This Telescope is in excellent condition and virtually new. It has very rarely been used, which is reason for the sale as I am not making the best use of this fantastic piece of kit, hopefully it will be better off with someone that will. I originally bought to use for Deep Sky photography but interests have developed in other avenues now.

This is a complete setup plus lots of extras making it an excellent all round package for the user who wants to start immediately and view or photograph the night sky or any far away objects.

Autostar GPS

Control of the LX200R telescope models is through the operation of the AutoStar II system. Nearly all functions of the telescope are accomplished with just a few pushes of AutoStar II’s buttons.

Because the AutoStar II system uses flash (rewritable) memory, your system will be able to grow when new features and enhancements become available. Download the latest satellite data, star and object catalogs, tours, serial commands list, and software revisions, directly from the Meade website (www.meade.com).

The Telescope still has its original packaging, however the Stand does not.

This is a large item and best picked up directly (location close to Windsor), however should you require shipping please arrange yourself and I will be happy to accommodate by discussing with you directly suitable times for collection.

I have no problem with this being shipped to anywhere around the world (as above you organise).

Can possibly accommodate pickup around Windsor / Reading or Swindon also.
